Antoinette Klimek
Antoinette has lived and trained throughout the United States, including studies at Ballet Omaha, American Ballet Theatre, Western Arkansas Ballet, and on scholarship with Dayton Ballet. She is a former member of Ballet Omaha II and Western Arkansas Ballet, with whom she had the opportunity to perform soloist and principal roles. As a young dancer she also appeared in Dayton Ballet′s Nutcracker and Romeo and Juliet. Antoinette moved to Chicago after receiving an academic scholarship to study at the University of Chicago. There, she joined University Ballet of Chicago as a performer, teacher, and choreographer, aiding in the production of ten performances over six seasons, including three full-length ballets. She has danced with both MC Squared Dance Company and Elements Contemporary Ballet. She currently performs with the contemporary ballet company Geiger Dance Project, Jaxon Movement Arts, and as a principal guest artist with Ballet North.
