Registration Information 2006 - 2007
Sessions: General School Information and Policies
- Classes at ARCC Ballet have "open enrollment" and most classes are offered year round.
- When you begin classes at ARCC, the cost of the session will be prorated with the number of classes left in the current session.
- If you would like to continue enrollment in a class for the next session, for payment for the next session will be due at the start of the next session.
- We do accept early payment for sessions and this is the only way to secure a spot in the class.
- Classes will be "closed" after capacity is filled with regisistered students. Capacity is considered 12-14 children per class and varies per class.
- Registration online is a form of communicating your interest in the class, but does not secure a place in the class unless payment is made over the phone or in person.
- Class lists are filled on a first come basis, session to session.
- Payment for more than one session at a time is allowed and will secure a space in the class.
- We like to accommodate schedules and we often try to open new classes, however, classes can be cancelled for the next scheduled session if enrollment falls is 5 children or less.
- Please check the schedule for changes. We update this schedule regularly.
- Sessions are normally 5- 8 weeks long, and are offered consecutively throughout the year, with the exception of holidays.
- One trial class is allowed - payment at the beginning of class is required and it is between $12 and $15, depending on the class.
- Outside programs are at various schools and enrollment in the classes at schools is for children attending the respective school.
- Please call 773-384-2722 to inform ARCC of an absence. You can also leave a message regarding the absence from the class.
- 2 make up classes are allowed per session. We can help you schedule a make up class.
- Please be courteous and arrive on time to your classes. Students that are more than 5 minutes late will not be admitted to the class.
- Please be sure to come in the studio to pick up your child for safety.
- When bringing additional guests to observe you or your child's class, please note that there is limited space in the lobby and standing in the lobby may be necessary.
- Class payments will refunded (minus a $10 processing fee) as long as you cancel prior to 5 business days (M- F) of the scheduled class. If it is within 5 days of the scheduled class, no class payments amounts are refunded and we do not allow payment as a credit towards another class.
- Class changes within a current session are permitted by approval only if it is within 5 business days (M- F) of the scheduled class. If it is within 5 days of the scheduled class, no class changes are allowed and we do not allow class changes towards another class.
