JAZZ DANCE!
Guest artist, Stephanie Martinez Bennitt, has been invited to work with our younger students at ARCC Ballet & Dance. Twenty five dancers will be given the opportunity to open the performance with JAZZ DANCE! for the Spring performance, Once Upon a Time. Stephanie has danced with River North Dance Company for fourteen years and is currently on staff with Luna Negra and many other area companies and schools in Chicago.
Workshop:
• Ages 4 – 6
• A currently enrolled student at ARCC Ballet & Dance
• Attend all 4 dance classes with Stephanie Martinez Bennitt at ARCC Ballet & Dance, Webster studio.
Class dates:
- Friday, May 14, 4-5:30 p.m.
- Sunday, May 16, 11-12:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, May 19, 4-5:30 p.m.
- Friday, May, 21, 4-5:30 p.m.
• Fees: $100.00. (This includes 4 dance classes and a costume.)
• Sign up by Monday, March 15, 2010. Please download the registration form and submit with payment at the studio locations.
Performance:
• The students will perform the JAZZ DANCE! for Once Upon a Time performance, May 22, 2010 at Lane Tech High School.
